Don't want to dress up for Halloween, but still want to look festive? Then this is the perfect DIY for you. Below is a free printable template, and the instructions to make this bat bow. Also, lets all take a minute to appreciate my awkward face, and the fact that I found a sign that said bat cave while i was dressed as a bat!
Materials:
- Faux leather
- Hot glue gun
- Scissors
- Hair clips
- Bat Bow Template
Step 1. Print out the Bat Bow Template template and trace it on the back of the faux leather. Then cut on the line you just drew.
Step 2. Scrunch the leather up until it looks like a bat. I put the hair clip around it to secure it while I did the other steps. Cut out a small rectangle from the leftover fabric.
Step 3. Hot glue the leather rectangle around the bat. Then, flip the bat over and hot glue on the hair clip. Wait for it to dry and you're ready for Halloween!
